I’m thinking about going on a diet.

[waits for the horrified gasps]

No, not like that. I’ve been wanting to go vegetarian for a long time, but I lack direction and instruction. For me, it has to be:

  1. Clear
  2. Uncomplicated
  3. Convenient
  4. Not require a lot of cooking

I do most of my shopping from Webvan, and they have plenty of good stuff. I just need a starting point. Some kind of map that can jump-start my first few weeks until I get used to thinking like a vegetarian. So at first, it will be a little like a diet. Suggestions?
