It was a quote from a favorite musician, David Bridie. It’s here in the archives, but it deserves to be reposted for this year:

I really love the idea of blogathon and only wish I’d heard of it earlier. I’d have loved the challenge especially since I’m living in a travellers hostel right now with no computer access so running between internet cafe’s all night to make the 24 hours would have been interesting to say the least. As tomorrow is the 20th and I’ve got no sponsor’s I’m only sorry I found out about the concept today and not last week. Good luck and well done you!

Leonie–there’s still a MONTH before the blogathon or the close date. All that is in July. 🙂

Jenny–I’d be there! I love MFTCC. Gotta get their latest disk.

Well happily for me, I’ve just re-read the specs and now realise it’s July 20th not June 20th as the closing date heh heh. I will definitely be signing up now!

Cat, you rock for doing this. It’s an awesome idea, and such a terrific way to raise money and awareness for a variety of chairites and causes. 😀

yeah, i have to agree that it’s a wonderful idea. i like the fact that i can raise money for a charity that i believe in by blogging instead of doing some physical activity (which wouldn’t go over well since i’m very… not into athletics). it’s just very wonderful to be able to raise the awareness for these causes, and help out the people that believed in them so much that they decided to start them.
