I’m having one of those “feeling like a failure” cycles. Yes, life is wonderful, and I get a lot accomplished, but it never seems like enough. What I’m feeling guilty about at the moment:

  • Not keeping in contact with good friends
  • Never sending a Greenshoes mix to Walrus. For the past many whiles, I’ve been working on making him copies of everything to make up for it.
  • Not getting Blogathon reminders out on time.
  • Getting a month behind on my email.
  • Falling behind on web projects like the Mefifaq and KISS Living.
  • Not writing my favorite Aunt.

I’m sure there’s more I’m forgetting, but that’s the big stuff. Looking at the list, it seems I have few problems. I bet most people wish they could have my worries instead of theirs–mortgages, car payments, teenagers, etc.

There, I feel better.

Sort of.

I’m willing to bet my list would be much longer than yours if I were to write it down…I think the people who really matter to us understand because they have the same difficulties so don’t be hard on yourself – just be happy 🙂

Guilt is no fun, I usually put things into a different persepctive when I feel guilty about things. Often it helps, but sometimes it doesn’t and then it’s back to taking one step at a time away form it towards greater self-love. Love yourself and be happy. You are a wonderful person!!!
