Tonight we worked on making our home smooth. Since that's only going to make sense to folks with a little OCD, let me explain.
Smooth is:
- When you know everything you have.
- When you want everything you have.
- When you know where everything you have is.
- When everything you have has its own spot, and it's there.
- When your home looks the way you want it to.
- When there's room for everything, plus a little left over.
I could probably add to the list, but you get the idea. I worked on the garage, and the Spousal Unit had his wiley way with the back yard.
I can't think of much that delivers the same feeling of satisfaction as working on the house. It's nice going to bed with a sense of accomplishment. And a slightly smoother home.
